Service and support

Optimal use of our systems largely depends on what you get from it. This is why we spend a lot of time on advice, installation, instruction, support and maintenance. Service and customer satisfaction is tremendously important to us and so we take it seriously. Therefore we have an extensive, professional service department. If there is a problem, we will help you on a short-term basis.

Technical question or malfunctioning equipment?
Do you have a technical question? Or do you wish to report a malfunction? You can easily reach us by phone, e-mail or online. Our help desk is available on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

No service & maintenance agreement?
You don't have a service & maintenance contract with us? This is no problem at all. The possible call out charge, labour costs and possible cost of materials will be settled afterwards. Do you wish to prevent unexpected expenses? Then you can still enter into a service & maintenance contract. In that case, please contact us.
