Windows 7 shows a second bug after End of Life status

Shortly after reaching end-of-life status, Windows 7 has a new bug. For some users, the operating system no longer wants to shut down. The first problem that arose was that users could no longer customize their background.

The problem is not very rare and occurs when the PC is shut down or restarted. Users receive the message that they do not have the correct permission to shut down the PC, which makes it difficult to shut down the PC.

It is the second bug in Windows 7 after the end of support.
