Migration to the cloud has made great strides in the past two years. Workplace management is almost entirely from the cloud, the staff has a fully digital work environment with Office365 and the students work in a cloud-based learning platform. Since October 2017, hosted printing from Xafax has been printing from the cloud.
This is mainly because no more external specialists are hired. The department only employs four people: an information manager, two helpdesk employees and half an application manager. The workload of the ICT department has been further reduced by partly transferring the application management to the users of the applications. We are happy with the switch to Xafax cloud-based printing.
