Xafax takes over Mul ICT

Xafax Nederland BV today reached agreement on the acquisition of industry peer Mul ICT services BV

The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Xafax's product range in both breadth and depth and also investing in other important pillars such as knowledge and personnel. With this goal in mind, the takeover of all activities of Mul ICT services BV took place immediately. Through the acquisition, Xafax further expands its activities in the Netherlands and Belgium and can serve the market even better.
