Xafax takes over NC systems

Takeover

Xafax ICT BV has reached agreement on the acquisition of industry peer NC-systems BV from Dirkshorn. Through this asset transaction, Xafax further expands its activities in North Holland.

Founder of NC-systems, Jan Nieuwenhuizen is convinced that this is a good step forward. “On the one hand, our customers can continue to count on the adequate service they are used to and on the other hand, we can offer them a broader and more innovative package of services.”

“The IT world is changing rapidly and ambition is needed for a party to play a leading role,” says Cris Krikke, from Xafax ICT. “The acquisition of NC systems fits perfectly with our growth objectives. The changes in the market are now happening so quickly that organic growth alone is no longer enough.”
