Xafax ICT BV has reached agreement on the acquisition of industry peer NC-systems BV from Dirkshorn. Through this asset transaction, Xafax further expands its activities in North Holland.
Founder of NC-systems, Jan Nieuwenhuizen is convinced that this is a good step forward. “On the one hand, our customers can continue to count on the adequate service they are used to and on the other hand, we can offer them a broader and more innovative package of services.”

The changes in the market are now happening so quickly that organic growth alone is no longer enough.”
NC-systems BV designs, installs, secures and maintains networks for small and medium-sized companies and organizations in North Holland North. NC-systems serves more than two hundred customers with (remote) ICT management and Cloud services.
Xafax has been a leading supplier of IT solutions and payment systems for education, libraries, healthcare and companies for more than 35 years. The Xafax Group is active in the Netherlands and Belgium and has 60 employees.
Xafax ICT BV is the workplace specialist. The Alkmaar company focuses its IT services on small and medium-sized businesses in the North Holland region.
