Throughout the year we are looking for a student at MBO level who is looking for an internship.
What are you going to do
Your day starts with a stand-up in which you tell what you have done, what you are going to do and whether you are encountering anything. Then you start your daily work. You answer the calls that come in. You may encounter various problems, such as a password that needs to be reset, but also a server that is offline. Of course you solve this as best as possible and if you cannot resolve it you can always escalate it to a 2nd line. You will also perform some preparatory work such as configuring a router, installing laptops or adding access points to our network controller. Together we ensure that the customer is helped as best as possible. You will also occasionally go with a colleague to a customer to, for example, exchange old computers for new ones or install a new router or other internet solution.
