What was the situation?
“At a trade fair in Germany we saw a nice program on a touchscreen, where worksheets and materials could be viewed and compared in large format. We were immediately enthusiastic. The screen there was about the same size as the one we have here now, maybe a little bigger, but also far too expensive. We immediately contacted Mark.”
Why did you contact Mark?
“We have known Mark for years and we knew that he is also involved in digital boards and touchscreens. Afterwards it turned out that we were so progressive with our wishes that our supplier was not quite ready for it. That had to do with the app and the like, but Mark really handled it very well. We didn't have to worry about that. Mark simply let us know that he was in contact with the supplier and would arrange it. That was just great.”
How do you like the implemented solution?
“It is used a lot. We don't know anything about apps. It just has to work. Xafax has helped us very well in that regard. All we have to do when we arrive here in the morning is press the button and the app will start automatically. And yet there is a whole computer program behind it. We actually don't have any work to do on it ourselves. Just click and it does it. We are happy with that!”
