I would describe the collaboration as informal and accessible. Cherry regularly calls when there are new developments and I can also call him if I have a request. The
accessible and informal way of communicating is really a good way of communicating. That is really a strong point of Xafax. Especially since you have had a long collaboration, one word is enough. Libraries don't have all the time, so things just have to work out based on trust. And that is also the case with Xafax.
